Located in the coveted Beach-Barber Tract neighborhood just down the street from the world famous Windansea Beach, this home was completely re-modeled in 2018. Please note: The owner, Dennis, lives on-site in a private apartment located in the back of the house with its own entrance. The apartment is not accessible from the guest living areas.

Guests have exclusive use of the main house, backyard and patio. There are no shared indoor or outdoor living spaces between guests and the owner.

You may occasionally see Dennis entering or leaving his apartment or using the driveway, including to charge his Tesla. We want to make this arrangement clear before booking so there are no surprises upon arrival.

- No parties allowed.
- No smoking allowed.
- No unregistered guests allowed.
- Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms.
- Please respect the noise curfew. (10 pm to 7 am quiet time)
- Please respect check in and check out times.
- Please take care of the furnishings.
- No illegal substances allowed on the premises.

Checking Out

- Checking out at 11am please
- Turn off AC, lights, and small appliances.
- Please place used dishes in the dishwasher (no need to start it)
- Check for valuables and chargers.
- Notify us of your departure.
