This house, inspired by Sante Fe design, will be a great location for your next stay in Knoxville. This house is located 5 minutes to downtown, 10 minutes to campus, 15 minutes to the airport, and 45 minutes to Gatlinburg and Dollywood. It has a private backyard with hammocks, firepit, and grill for you to enjoy and a full kitchen to cook all your meals during your stay.
The house has a keypad lock that allows increased flexibility with check-in.
Parking: The driveway has room for about 5-6 vehicles.
House is located on a busy street. There is no street parking but it's within minutes of downtown.
Uber is available. We have provided a long driveway and a parking pad so you will have plenty of private parking.
Common questions:
--The backyard is fully fenced in if you are bringing your fur baby!
--We ask that you put in the guest count if you are bringing a pet.
--We offer a 5% weekly discount and 10% monthly discount.
--We do not offer a military discount as it is hard for us to verify.
--If you pay $25 for an early check-in or late check-out, you can check in at 2PM and check out at 12PM.
Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are between 10pm - 8am EVERYDAY. If there are noise complaints or any violation of this rule, it may result in cancellation of booking and removal from property without refund and a penalty of $200 for the violation.
STRICT NO-PARTY POLICY
No parties or events/gatherings. If there is a party of any kind the police will be called and everyone will be removed from the property no refunds. No Unauthorized Guests are allowed at the unit, $100 fine per guest if discovered.
No Smoking
Smoking is prohibited without exception on this property. If any signs of smoking are found in the house, a fine of $100 will be imposed, no exceptions.
Pets
Pets ARE allowed depending on size or if they are service animals, max of 2 pets. We have pet fee. If you are bringing a pet(s), please let us know beforehand, otherwise there will be a fine of $100/pet if discovered, no exceptions.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The host was friendly, responsive, and made check-in and check-out incredibly easy.The home had everything we needed for a relaxing stay, and the location was convenient for exploring the area. This was the perfect property for my group. It was close to our conference and provided a nice, private place for us to stay.

House was nice overall. Couch was very dirty & blinds were all broken in living room. Listing said couch made a double bed but it did not. Overall not horrible & had a great time.

The location was excellent for our trip. The Santa Fe vibe was cute. The property was not the same as the pictures, and the cleanliness was only ok. We had great communication with the host, but make sure to follow the message for checkout procedures as it is different than the handbook.
