Welcome to The Lighthouse - Right at the heart of The Bay Filey Holiday Village (see below for more information).
Purchased by the new owners in mid 2024 and featuring refurbished parts this is a stunning property in one of the best locations.
Enter into the hallway with access to the downstairs cloak / WC. Walk through into the large open plan lounge and dining room with luxury flooring, leather sofas and patio doors to a large patio and grassed area
This property features a separate kitchen including dishwasher, washer/dryer etc.
Upstairs the property comprises of 1 king bedroom with stunning Juliette Balcony - relax and enjoy the view.
There is also 1 twin bedroom and a large family bathroom complete with bath and overhead shower (new in 2023),
Travel Cot and High Chair are available for use free of charge (own bedding required).
We leave a few games for our guests to use. This warm and cosy house is ideal for breaks all year round.

Light house location was great .but was disappointed with how untidy some of the houses looked dead weeds etc.tables & chairs outside pub needed to be painted or cleaned up .as they were rusty or got bird poo on . The bush outside patio door needs trimming back as affected opening the door.curtains in main bedroom need some hooks as hanging on by thread .I tryed to mend .was very noisy at 4ish in morning when a white van turned up to get ride of ther rubbish .person over road shouted keep the noise down .staff in pub friendly .coffee shop closed ? Over all the property was adequate for what we payed but did feel site let's it down .

Really nice cottage close to the beach. The walk down to the beach was around 5 mins. Very clean cottage and comfy settee and bed.
