Clean and charming. Open floor plan. Kitchen had everything we needed. Air conditioner in the living room was not working but a small window unit in the bedroom offered relief.

Perfect location for us exploring tri cities area. Unit was clean and accommodating. We like to cook, had everything we needed, appreciated the olive oil. We were notified of an AC issue, but didn't notice as host had put a window unit in before we arrived and it was perfect for size of apartment. Host also offered to move us to unit 3 if needed. Loved the record player, and a nice under porch swing for watching summer fireflies. We would definitely stay again.

This is a very comfortable and well-equipped apartment. The kitchen was well stocked and there were plenty of towels and supplies in the bathroom. We booked it last minute, but communication with the host was very efficient and everything was ready when we arrived. It's located in a quiet residential area, and we were even able to walk to dinner at a couple of the local eateries. We would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was great from the beginning to the end. It was exactly how the pictures were on the site. Very convenient to ETSU and restaurants. If ever in Johnson City again we will definitely be repeat guests! Highly recommend!
