This delightful home is ideal for both large gatherings and those seeking a more intimate experience. It features 6 spacious bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms for your comfort. Each room is thoughtfully equipped with a 4K Roku TV, providing access to free Netflix and various other streaming platforms.
Convenience extends downstairs with one bedroom and one bathroom, offering accessibility for all. The generously proportioned living room and dining area are perfect for hosting sizable groups. The kitchen is fully stocked with essential appliances, including a Keurig coffee maker, toaster, blender, air fryer, slow cooker, microwave, stove, refrigerator, pots, pans, dishes, and silverware. We've taken care of your culinary needs by providing spices, salt, pepper, and sugar. Additionally, coffee and tea are readily available.
Families with infants will find our accommodations exceptionally welcoming. We offer a Pack 'n Play Playard, a baby rocker, a high chair, and a safety gate for your peace of mind.
Outside, the generous backyard features a charming gazebo, an inviting outdoor dining table, and a spacious open area for your enjoyment. Whether you're planning a BBQ, all the necessary equipment, including a grill, propane, and tools, is at your disposal.
In the garage, we have a Level 2 EV Charger capable of delivering up to 48 amps. It features a convenient 24-foot cable with an SAE J1772 connector, making it compatible with all electric cars (Tesla EVs required an adapter, which is included in every Tesla vehicle delivery). Please note that EV charging is not included in the reservation cost, and there is an additional charge based on your usage. You will receive a bill corresponding to the amount you charge.
Things to know
- If you are a local in the Fresno area, don’t book without first contacting me.
- Yard cleanup day is on Wednesdays. If you’re staying with us on a Wednesday, the gardener will be there some time between 11am-2pm to clean the front and back yard.
- Trash/waste pick up is on Thursdays. Someone might be there on Wednesday evening to take the trash bins out to the curb.
- There are SECURITY CAMERAS covering almost all exterior area of this property. There is one security camera in the interior of the garage. All cameras are visible. GUESTS ARE NOT PERMITTED TO COVER CAMERAS OR TAMPER WITH THE DEVICE IN ANY WAY THAT CAN IMPEDE ITS FUNCTION.

My siblings and I get together every couple years to do a vacation together. We decided to stay in Fresno because it was in the middle of Yosemite and Sequoia National Parks.
We were all impressed with the place when we first walked in. It was clean and inviting. There are 5 of us, and we each had our own room. One bedroom is on the main level and then there are 5 bedrooms upstairs.
Kitchen was big enough for all of us to be working in there. We used the grill one night. It was nice to be able to park our vehicles in the garage.
Communication was great. We had an issue our last day there with my sister locking her keys in her trunk. We were not able to leave until she had a locksmith come and help her. The owner was more than understanding of the situation.
We do wish it was a little closer to grocery stores and restaurants, but we made sure to do our shopping before we checked in.

This property was perfect for us. We were in town for a birthday party. This home accommodated 8 adults and 8 children. The backyard was perfect for the kids to run around and play on the trampoline while the adults hung out/ grilled some good food. The living area and kitchen were very open and spacious and they also provided a high chair, bouncer, and play pens for babies. There was also a baby gate for the tops of the stairs although it would have been nice to have one on the bottom to prevent the younger kids from climbing the stairs. Central A/c was also a big plus with 2 controls for up stairs and downstairs. Overall we were very pleased with the home.

This is a very nice home with a lot of space for everyone. We were a group of 15 family members( 5 separate households). We loved the back yard with the large patio and lush lawn. There were 6 bedrooms with very comfortable beds. The owners answered questions quickly. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a Thanksgiving gathering with friends and families at Rosa's place. The house is very well maintained and we all enjoyed the nice Fresno fall weather. The owner also was very quick with her response to all our queries which made our experience really awesome. Would definitely recommend it to all my friends.
