The house was perfectly clean and spacious. The host was most welcoming and communicative.

Pros: clean, quick communication with host, early check in allowed, great location for hockey tournament, easy settled in to relax and rest between games Improvements: another side table in the living room would be helpful, tv mounted to high to watch comfortably from couch, more charging ports beside beds , murphy bed mention os actually a cot( thankfully we did not require this) Overall enjoyed our stay.

Great communication, ease of access to the house, great amenities… enough of everything for 10. Our only suggestion would be to increase amount of shoveling on the driveway and sidewalk, but a very minor complaint.

A fair amount of wear and tear especially to the main bedroom bathroom door. It looks like someone forced the door and the repairs were done poorly.
It was awkward not having a garage door opener.
It would have been nice to have end tables in the living room as well as in the bedrooms. Also no lamps & tables just overhead lighting.
