Gîte on 3 levels:

Level 1:
1 small independent bedroom accessible from an outdoor courtyard, with 1 single bed (130 x 190) + 1 toilet + 1 sink + 1 table.
Outside: a courtyard with 1 garden table + chairs + barbecue

Level 2:
1 large bedroom with 1 double bed (140 x 200) + 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds (90 x 200) 1 place and 1 washbasin + 1 double sofa bed in the living room + 1 fitted kitchen + 1 bathroom with 1 toilet and a washbasin + 1 shower room with 1 shower and 1 washbasin.
Heating on level 2 is provided by a wood stove (wood provided) and by a solar underfloor heating (which works when there is sun!).

- Level 3:
- 1 large bedroom with 1 double bed (140 x 200)
- 1 mezzanine with 1 double bed (140 x 200) and 1 single bed (80 x 190) (height under ridge of 0.60 m)
- 1 2-seater sofa bed in the living room
- 1 equipped kitchen
- 1 shower room including 1 shower, 1 sink.

Heating on level 3 is provided by a wood stove (wood provided).
From this level 3, you can directly access a south-facing outdoor terrace, covered by wisteria: garden table + chairs. Magnificent view of the Monts d'Ardèche.
