New Kitchen, bathrooms, carpeting, bunk beds and couch! Our three bedroom, two bathroom oceanfront condominium offers luxurious accommodations for up to eight people. Situated within the Kahana Outrigger Resort - a low-rise, low-density complex of only 16 units, located right on world-famous Kahana Beach, a 5-minute drive from either Kaanapali Beach or Kapalua Bay and just south of Napili. Walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops and shopping.
This spacious oceanfront condo has 1,490 square feet of living space and an additional 100 square feet of lanai.
The entire unit features newer furnishings and amenities including stainless steel appliances, porcelain tile floors downstairs, carpet upstairs, washer/dryer, air conditioners, household items, and more.
A 55” Flat-Screen Smart TV in living room with Soundbar, a 40” flat-screen Smart TV in the primary bedroom, and a 32” Flat-Screen Smart TV in another bedroom. Free Wireless Internet throughout the unit. Cable is provide in living room and primary bedroom.

We had a fantastic time at this condo. We were 2 families of 4 and it was a good size for us. We have stayed at many different VRBO rentals and this one is by far the best. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils and pots/pans. The beds were comfortable. Everything was clean. I was worried it would be too warm at first with the window a/c units and louvered windows, but it cooled off nicely. We enjoyed sitting at the pool and watching the ocean and using the adjacent beach. The unit has plemty of beach towels and was stocked with everything we needed. We would love to return and stay here again one day!

This unit is a two story walk up, with a loft bedroom for a total of three stories to walk up so if you have any mobility issues not for you. The main issue with this property is that it was advertised as having a hot tub, which it did not have. Our family enjoys watching sunset, followed by a good soak in the hot tub in the evenings, so this part of our vacation was greatly missed. The unit was well stocked w/ spices, sun screens, laundry soap etc. The beds were comfy, and enough sleeping spots for our entire family. The only bedroom with an actual door is the kids room w / the bunk beds and queen bed. The other two rooms w/ King beds are a loft and a sliding mirror door off the main room/Kitchen so not very private. The furniture on the patio is a bit uncomfortable. The large sectional sofa offered great seating for the whole family. We enjoyed our stay on Maui, but missed that hot tub!
