everything needed is present, even 2 types of pillows to choose from, as well as shower gel/shampoo/spices/oil. the communication was super smooth, and arrival instructions are clear via a folder on the table - it includes tips for surrounding bars/restaurants,too. Very comfortable beds, everything was clean and heated pleasantly upon arrival. metro station argonne nearby, which takes you fast to downtown. thanks so much for a wonderful long valentine’s weekend in milan during the olympics!
