The house was huge and spacious so much room for my kids to run around and play. The pool was a great addition for passing the time. The house is local to just about all kinds of shopping centers, food & entertainment. Richmond the host was great at communicating quickly, getting back to my questions and easy to communicate with. I had a mishap with my grocery delivery and it arrived much earlier than we arrived so Richmond got it right into the fridge for us. Lifesaver!!Only downside was how rock hard the mattresses are on the beds. I think I woke up every morning with a stiff back from the master bedroom mattress. I would 1000% rent this home again

Good property that fit our large group well. Richmond provided excellent communication and quickly replaced a broken coffee pot. The house could use some minor paint touch-ups, and more hand towels/linens would be helpful, but we had enough bath towels and a nice stay overall.

The place was sparkling clean with lots of paper products and a lovely snack basket and wine for a welcome gift! The location was perfect to the Marine Corps base at Quantico, about a 20 minute drive. We had 8 adults (3 elderly from different families), so the three upstairs bedrooms worked well for the seniors and the two bedrooms and large living room in the basement worked well for the rest of us. Highly recommended.
