The villa is brand new, completed in July 2020.
It has a large living room whose windows open in summer onto the large wooden terraces, with a breathtaking sea view.
Air conditioning in the living room/kitchen and all bedrooms
Leicht kitchen with large US fridge, large "Frame" TV.
Two patios: an indoor patio in the shade, and a large outdoor patio in the shade, with its large Tek table that can accommodate 8/10 people.

A true gem at the French coast! The view is amazing and the interior design outstanding. We spent long hours on the lovely terrace, refreshed in the infinity pool and were lucky to sleep in air-conditioned bedrooms. The kitchen equipment provides everything even for the ambitious hobby chef - the high-end Weber BBQ grill was fun!
All in all a clear 10/10 - a luxury that the owners rent out such a personal home to vrbo members. Thank you, Jean-Emmanuel!
