Welcome to Island Royale 801 in beautiful Gulf Shores. This direct Gulf-front corner unit is located on the 8th floor and features beautiful décor and furnishings. We live in Gulf Shores and take pride in caring for our units to ensure guests have a great experience. The oversized private Gulf-front balcony can be accessed from BOTH the living room and the master bedroom. Enjoy panoramic views of emerald water and sugar-white sand. The balcony includes:

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful unit! It was clean and quiet. The view was perfect! Another big plus was Joe, a friendly security worker on the property. Great stay!

This condo is perfect in every aspect! Centrally located to great restaurants and attractions, and the beach access is second to none! Great place, with great hosts! Would 110% recommend!

Great location. Great condo. Balcony is where we spent most evenings, incredible view, and nice breeze. We had six people, it could of slept 7 or 8 easily. Covered parking on ground floor when avaliable. Very clean, newer appliances except dishwasher. But everything worked as it was supposed to. Plenty of cookware for cooking. When I come down again next year I will check availability when booking.

The condo was very easy to get to, clean and well equipped. Joe the security guard became the kids favorite. Not bad or good but pool is on side of building so doesn’t have much sun. We did go to pool everyday it is heated and the kids loved there time here.
