The villa features a beautiful, bright living and dining area with a fireplace on the first floor. The living area opens onto a covered outdoor terrace with a large dining table.
A fully equipped kitchen (stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle...) adjoins the dining area.
On the first floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed, which can also be used as two single beds.
You’ll also find the first bathroom with a shower here, as well as an utility room with a washing machine and cleaning supplies.
On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and enough space for the provided crib.
There is also a room with a double bed or two single beds and a bathroom with a tub and bidet.
You’ll also find a spacious rooftop terrace here, from which you can even catch a glimpse of the sea.
Villa Oleandar is situated in a beautifully landscaped, fenced-in garden and is surrounded by a cherry laurel hedge, ensuring complete privacy.
A 21 m² pool with a lovely sunbathing area invites you to cool off.
