Located on the second floor and accessible by elevator, the "Orchid" features a spacious layout, a fully-equipped kitchen, high end finishes, outdoor patio with chairs, rooftop deck, game room, & three full baths. You and your guests have access to TWO free parking spaces as well!

Primary Bedroom: King bed with en-suite bathroom (shower/tub combo)
2nd Bedroom: Queen bed with en-suite bathroom (tiled walk-in shower)
3rd Bedroom: Full bunk beds & single trundle, with en-suite bathroom, (tiled walk-in shower)

During your stay, we ask that you remember to be respectful of your neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10pm- 7am.

Pros: -Situated with easy access to downtown Nashville, yet not in the middle of the crowds.-Great communication from the owner during our stay when we had questions.-Nicely decorated interior with a cozy and modern feel.-Easy second-floor access with a convenient elevator.-Each of the three bedrooms has its own full bathroom.-Dedicated parking space.Cons:-Noise from passing vehicles can be heard throughout the day and evening.-If you prefer a dark room for sleeping, the shades may not provide enough light blockage.-While the location was very convenient for driving to attractions, there wasn't much to explore on foot.

I used this rental with 6 of my friends and it never once felt crowded. We had so much fun and all of the accommodation were great!! I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to stay in Nashville!!!

Excellent experience! The condo is located in a great location that allows you to get anywhere in town within a 15 to 20 minute drive. The condo is beautiful! It is decorated so asthetic! We loved having the 3 bedrooms and 3 baths, allowing for separate space for everyone. It is a safe building with codes to enter. The communication and directions are very thorough! We felt well taken care of. We definitely recommend booking this condo for your Nashville stay! 10/10

The locations for our activities was great as well as the actual apartment. There were very little towels to use and very few wash clothes. I had to request more wash clothes. Our vehicles were broken into our first night stay (as well as 10 other vehicles). Several other renters received refunds of a nights stay or money for the repairs. The owners were slow to respond and have yet to offer any money back for the incident.
