À propos de cette location de vacances
This apartment on Via Giulia sounds like an excellent choice for someone who values both luxury and convenience in the heart of Rome. The combination of its central location, spacious layout, and quiet atmosphere makes it highly appealing. Here are some key features of the apartment and why the location stands out:
Apartment Highlights
Location on the First Floor: Being on the first floor of an elegant building ensures both ease of access and a connection to the street’s historic ambiance, while still benefiting from privacy and security, enhanced by the presence of a door keeper and a lift.
Spacious Living Room: The large living room is perfect for hosting guests or enjoying quiet moments of relaxation. The space is likely filled with natural light, given the calm atmosphere of Via Giulia.
Two Double Bedrooms: The two bedrooms, both equipped with double beds, make the apartment ideal for a family, a couple, or those who like to host guests. Both rooms should offer comfort and a restful environment.
Two Bathrooms with Tub and Shower: Having two bathrooms adds significant convenience, especially with options for both a relaxing bath and a quick shower, ideal for busy mornings or relaxing evenings.
Large, Fully Equipped Kitchen: The kitchen is a great feature, offering a space not just for cooking but also for informal dining. A fully equipped kitchen in Rome typically includes modern appliances and ample counter space, making it easy to prepare everything from casual meals to dinner parties.
Quiet Atmosphere: Despite being centrally located, the apartment is described as very quiet, which is a rare and valuable feature in Rome’s bustling historic center.

The apartment is spacious, clean and in a good location for getting to all the sites in Rome. There is a grocery store just steps away and very convenient. Restaurants, bakeries and gelaterias abound! The host was readily available and responded quickly to any needs or questions. I would gladly stay in the apartment again.

Beautiful apartment that stands out for location and character. Lovely furnishings and large bedrooms. The location is really top-notch for seeing sites: right in the middle of everything. We were there in a very hot period and the air conditioning worked perfectly. Check in was easy and extremely friendly & helpful. Honestly I felt this place was quite inexpensive for such a beautiful apartment.

The apartment was indeed elegant and chic, and in an excellent location near Campo dei Fiori with restaurants, grocery marts and ice cream shops! And it was sparkling clean with plenty of space. However, maintenance was lacking, e.g.grab bars in the showers, a hot water heater that could support two back-to-back showers, absence of sufficient electrical outlets in the kitchen as well as the absence of a microwave oven. There was no WELCOME GUEST book explaining basics like how the clothes washer worked, No items were proved such as drinking water, coffee pods, soaps - so as soon as we checked in we had to go shopping. (TP was provided!!) The mattresses were lumpy and needed replacing, and a fresh coat of paint is needed. To be sure the host tried to respond to our requests but certain things were never fixed - e.g. unsecured faucet in the kitchen. Also a disappointment was the lack of sunlight and views - no windows faced a street or the city- all the windows face inner courtyards housing trash cans and roofing.

The apartment has two very roomy bedrooms with three beds. There’s a large bed for my husband and I, a full/queen bed for my daughter, and a rollaway bed for my son. The rollaway bed was a bit firm, so he ended up sleeping on the sofa, which he didn’t mind at all. The cost for the rollaway bed is €80.
Communication with the host was quick and easy.
I really liked the neighborhood—we walked around a lot, and there were plenty of food options everywhere, making it very easy to find something to eat.
