This home including all parts of the building, terraces and balconies are none smoking. The state and HOA will impose fines for any violations. Thanks for your understanding.
Guest of renters, Zenith permits renters to bring guests up to visit until 12 am at which time all unregistered guests must exit Zenith. No parties.
Pool & Gym open 9 am to 10 pm daily.
