This comfortable and spacious apartment with an incredible view of the river is the ideal choice for both a weekend getaway and an extended vacation in Lisbon.
This cozy and spacious apartment on the 6th floor has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It can accommodate up to 6 people, making it ideal for families or a group of friends looking for a quieter location with a spectacular view of the Tagus River in Lisbon.
You’ll find a fully equipped kitchen, cable TV, high-speed Internet, and even a terrace to enjoy the river view!
Guests have full access to the apartment.
Either I or a friend will be at the apartment to greet you and welcome you to Lisbon. If you need suggestions on what to do or where to eat in the city, I’d be happy to give you some advice!
Near the apartment, you’ll find restaurants, cafes, plenty of local shops, and much more.

After witnessing so many families, daily routines, businesses, and local economies destroyed, our focus is on keeping everything and everyone running as before, staying the course amid this great storm, and helping to lift up our neighborhood, our city, and our country! We’ll continue to elevate the reputation and quality of Portuguese tourism both at home and abroad!
Our commitment:
Cleaning—Professional and in accordance with the standards of the Directorate-General for Health, using not only all necessary protective gear (masks and gloves) but also disinfectants in the recommended proportions to ensure everyone’s safety.
Check-In – Our check-in process remains in-person so we can provide all the support guests need, but it will be quick and efficient with all necessary safety equipment. All information will be available inside the apartment and remotely through our team, which is available 24/7.
Amenities – In addition to our “first day” amenities, you’ll also find “first day” masks (surgical masks). We also have these and other products available at cost for added safety.
Services – Our 24/7 availability for guests didn’t seem sufficient at this time, so we wanted to do more and will do our best to ensure your comfort. If you’d prefer not to use the available online tools, our “Fill Your Fridge” service allows you to arrive to find whatever you’d like in the fridge, provided by our local partners, thus avoiding unnecessary trips. Please contact us for more information. We also have transportation partnerships from the airport to wherever you’d like to go in Lisbon and Portugal to streamline your trip and make your vacation more comfortable.
Upon arrival at the apartment, a welcome gift will be waiting for you, featuring one of our famous wines from the Tagus region!

*COVID-19: Uber + Unilabs*
In Lisbon, Uber offers the option to request a COVID-19 test through its app.
This service was developed in partnership with Unilabs, one of Portugal’s leading laboratories.
With this option, users can choose the comfort and safety of their own home to get a COVID-19 test.
A certified Unilabs technician will travel to the user’s location, wearing personal protective equipment, to collect the sample.
Unilabs offers two COVID-19 testing options through the Uber app: PCR tests and rapid antigen tests. The PCR test costs €125, with results delivered within 24 hours after sample collection. The antigen test—which is less sensitive but provides results more quickly (results available in 15 minutes)—costs €50, with the report delivered within 4 hours after the sample is collected.
As an easygoing host, I don’t have many rules. All I ask is that you treat the apartment as if it were your own.

A beautiful presented apartment with the most spectacular view. The host Tomas was extremely helpful and quick to communicate with. The apartment is very spacious, clean and well equipped. Very comfortable beds and a great balcony to admire the view. The walk to Belem and Lisbon was very easy (all down hill) and an uber/Bolt back was always less than 5. We would definitely book this again on our next visit to Lisbon.

It was a great property. Everything was done that we needed. The only thing that we would say is the beds are super hard to be beneficial to consider swapping out or getting a mattress pad to make it a little more comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay at this apartment. It is well appointed anc comfortable. The location is not very central to most of the tourist sites but is in a quiet residential neighborhood, and we got around by Uber and public transportation. We had a couple of minor hiccups. We didn't realize that the city tax is extra and must be paid in cash. Also, there was a fire in another apartment just before we arrived, and the smoky smell lingered. There was also a sewer smell in one of the bathrooms. However, these are fixable, and I would still recommend the apartment.

We chose this place for its views. And they are breathtaking. And they're from EVERY room (excepting the bathrooms, of course!). It's a delight to take in Lisbon, its beautiful Targus river and the Atlantic Ocean as well.
The neighborhood is residential, quiet, and very walkable (if you don't mind gentle hills).
The apartment itself is well-furnished.
Yes, it's a bit of a distance from the crazy crowds, but that's exactly what we wanted. There's a bus stand right outside, but we uberred back and forth, and that was inexpensive and very convenient.
The communication was excellent throughout.
