À propos de cette location de vacances
This gorgeous apartment with a sea view awaits you—
—so get ready for summer, sun, the beach, and plenty of fun for the whole family. We’re offering an apartment in the stylish Dolce Vita 2 complex in Sveti Vlas, Bulgaria, located right on a fine sandy beach with all the amenities you could want—including bars, restaurants, water sports, and attractions for children—as well as a modern and luxurious marina. The complex also features a panoramic terrace with two pools, a children’s area, and sun loungers.
The apartment offers plenty of space for 4 people. The living room features a kitchen equipped with all the appliances you need for daily use (stove, coffee maker, tea kettle, pots, and pans), a large sofa bed that comfortably sleeps two people, and an Android Smart TV with cable. The bedroom features a large 1.80-meter bed, a spacious closet with plenty of storage, a smart TV, and a separate exit to the balcony. In addition, there is a spacious balcony with a magnificent view of the sea.
The seaside resort of Sveti Vlas is located in eastern Bulgaria on the Black Sea coast. The town nestles against the southern Balkan Mountains, whose foothills slope down to the sea here. This unique combination of sea and mountains creates a very special microclimate, giving Sveti Vlas average summer temperatures of 26 degrees and around 90 sunny days during the vacation season.
Nothing stands in the way of a quiet, relaxing family vacation in Sveti Vlas. If you’re looking for a little more excitement, there are regular bus connections to the neighboring, large seaside resort of Sunny Beach. In addition to the beach and the sea, there are countless bars, shops, and nightclubs for night owls. The old town of Nessebar, located on a peninsula, is just a short bus ride away. Nessebar is an UNESCO World Heritage Site, and a stroll through its ancient streets takes you back to a bygone era.

The apartment was tastefully decorated, clean and comfortable which immediately made us feel like we were home away from home.
Natalia, the manager of the property, was always a phone call away and very helpful when we had questions.
And Eduard, the owner made sure that we were welcomed and comfortable.
Thank you Eduard and Natalia for your hospitality!
We had a nice experience and will happily recommend you to friends and family.
Best,
Nadia
