OCEAN VIEW - Located on the 6th floor of Laketown Wharf Resort, unit 626 has 2 bedrooms, a bunk area and 2 bathrooms. Not only will you wake up to the stunning views of the Gulf from the primary bedroom, but you can also enjoy a morning cup of coffee on the balcony with new furniture, or the living area with a brand new sectional! The parking is a huge plus for unit 626, as there is a direct walkway from the garage to the condo.

- All common areas and amenities like the pool, gym, front desk, elevators, etc. are managed by Laketown Wharf Resort. We do not have control over the working conditions of equipment, maintenance, or availability.

Condo was decorated and furnished very well. It is conveniently located with a great view of the ocean. We loved that condo has a parking garage so our vehicles didn't have to sit outside. Will stay here again!

Spacious and clean. Across from the beach but easy to get to. Easy access to the unit from the garage parking. Communication was excellent as well. Will definitely stay here again.
