While the home itself was updated, and clean, the outdoor maintenance was disappointing. The lawn had not been mowed prior to our arrival, making the property appear neglected. Additionally, the pool was had ants and other bugs, which made it unpleasant and difficult to enjoy. We understand that some insects are unavoidable outdoors, but the condition suggested the pool and surrounding area had not been properly maintained before our stay. We hope the host addresses these maintenance issues, as they would greatly improve the experience for future guests. One other issue was the rather large construction/road project they had going on in the area. Hopefully that will be completed soon!

Beautiful, Peaceful Vacation Home Near VeniceWe had an excellent stay at this beautiful vacation rental near Venice. The house is spotless, modern, very neat, and feels brand new. It is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood, close to the beach, with an easy and comfortable drive. It is also near supermarkets and conveniences, but still far enough away to keep the peace and privacy of the home. The private pool makes the stay even more relaxing and enjoyable, especially for a quiet family vacation. The location is great for enjoying the Venice area, nearby beaches, restaurants, and shops, while still coming back to a peaceful home. Even though it is not oceanfront, the drive to the beach is easy and stress-free. We truly enjoyed every moment and highly recommend this home.Thank you, Adril, for being a great host.

The host was very responsive to any initial questions we had. We stayed for 7 weeks. Used the pool everyday. Would stay again.

House was beautiful - pool was absolutely breathtaking at night with the lights. We watched TV on the lanai and lit the fire pit table. Had great evenings just enjoying family. Our host responded quickly with a few questions we had. Would definitely recommend for a few days or a long stay.
