A wonderful and extremely convenient location just far enough from the Old Town area- a walk by only 10 minutes to The Royal mile attractions. The place was so close to the Waverly train station we just walked to the apartment with our luggage. The apartment was on an nice upscale street with good shops and tons of good food options within a 5 minute radius by foot. The slight negative was it got sort of loud at night due to a place across the street which seemed to be a social events location and we were in the lowest flat to the street level. It was not really an issue but you could hear a bit of noise- The hosts answered any questions very quickly and were extremely helpful and we were very pleased about that. We would stay there again on any upcoming trips in the future. 5 stars!

Beautiful flat in the most perfect location for a great restaurants and bars. Flat was stylish and immaculate with lots of space . A few pods for the coffee maker would have been the icing on the cake !

Our stay at the suite was wonderful! Very spacious. Every room was very nice. The living room was very big and comfortable. The suite was very clean. The kitchen was big and had everything we needed. The street views were amazing. Location was awesome, you could walk to everything. I would definitely come back and stay here again.

The apartment needed some updates and we pointed these all out to the team so they contacted maintenance before the next guests arrived.Sadly the washer dryer was playing up and the radiator in the main bathroom wasn’t working which meant leaving the towels in another room. We were moving in from Edinburgh to York and were hoping to do some washing but this was not possible …. the one wash we did do we had to hang around the apartment to dry…could not find a drying stand. The location was very good.
