The well-known seaside resort of Glowe is situated between a fine-sand Baltic Sea beach and pine forests. The vacation home “Am Wald” is located on the edge of a small residential neighborhood and a forest. It was newly built in 2006 and is just a few minutes’ walk from the resort square and the Baltic Sea beach. In this peaceful setting, you can leave the stress of everyday life behind and recharge your batteries.
To the left lies the vast Jasmund Bodden, to the right the 12-kilometer-long, fine-sand Schaabe beach, with Glowe right in the middle… and pure nature all around! Why not explore the northern part of the island of Rügen by bike or on the hiking trails through Jasmund National Park? After all, Rügen isn’t just about beach vacations. The seaside resort itself has plenty to offer its visitors. Enjoy a concert on the Kurplatz, buy some freshly caught fish at the harbor, and sample the local cuisine in the traditional restaurants.
