This clean, airy, comfortably furnished Fairway Dunes villa in the gated Wild Dunes Resort in Isle of Palms, South Carolina features terrific natural light, multiple outdoor balconies and a short walk to Isle of Palm's famously wide & pristine beach. Endless Summer is the perfect home for you and your guests to soak up some sun, play in the ocean waves and recharge yourself. This restful seaside villa has been renovated and features soothing colors, natural decor & soft, cozy furniture. Guests of Endless Summer will enjoy views of the Wild Dunes Resort's Links Golf Course and access to the Fairway Dunes community pool as well as the community tennis court, pickle ball courts and basketball court.

Guests initially enter Endless Summer by walking up the exterior staircase from the driveway to the front porch and front door. Once you enter your code within the electronic door lock on the front door, you will enter the home's first floor, which features the primary suite, the guest bedroom suite and a laundry room. Walk up a half flight of stairs to find another guest bedroom and bathroom. On the top floor of the home, you will find the living room, dining room and kitchen. You can access private, outdoor balconies through the master bedroom, living room and one of the guest bedrooms. There is an outdoor shower -- perfect for rinsing off after a trip to the beach or the community pool -- conveniently located near the exterior staircase to the front door.
Tenant must be 25 years old. NO PARTIES, EVENTS, PERFORMING ARTISTS OR BANDS ALLOWED AT ANY TIME. You may not exceed the maximum occupancy at any time — day or night. These are causes for eviction with no refund, and may damage our ability to offer the home for future guests exposing you to liability. We were welcomed with complimentary local cookies and wine. Detergents and adequate starter supplies were supplied. The kitchen is well-equipped and live plants are throughout the place and outside. There were beach chairs, bag, wagon, and towels There were plenty of books, games, and puzzles. For a small fee, we had groceries waiting for us when we arrived. We received a quick response when the WiFi wasn’t working. Highly recommend.

We had never been to Isle of Palms but we are sure to return again. This property was nestled in Wild Dunes and very close to the pool and beach. House had everything we could ask for. Spacious updated bathrooms and bedrooms. Lovely kitchen, Host communicated well. Thank you for our wonderful stay!

The property is hidden on the street, it is the very first unit. Walking into this gorgeous property was a bit confusing, as the unique floor plan was something none of us have seen before. The main bedroom and the twin bedroom are on the floor as you enter the house. The queen size room with the balcony is in front of the house, on its own level. It is a beautiful design. The living room is beautifully sculpted with high ceilings and beautiful arched details. The room is beautifully decorated with aesthetic art. Each gorgeous room was equipped with full bathrooms. The kitchen had anything you could imagine and labeled. The only thing missing was a toaster, so the option you have is a toaster oven or air fryer. The location to the beach is right across the street from the bedroom. There were chairs and an umbrella, and a nice wagon. The chairs all broke and the umbrella did not work. The resort is huge and this is toward the back; the golf cart is not for tenant use, so that was a bit of a bummer.You are only allowed the one pool. We went to the pool one afternoon and it was very nice. Shaded on one side. We went the next day when the beach was windy, and it was crowded as was likely. You can get a "guest pass" at the Sweet Grass if they are not busy and you talk to the right person. The cafe/bar is fun. If you go to the store at the resort, be prepared. They wanted 215 for a canvas sunhat. All in all a wonderful stay and it comes highly recommended!
