The outside space that is included with this unit has been fabulously landscaped and offers a fully fenced yard, patio furniture and a private fire pit. This home can sleep 4 comfortably. Both the bedroom and living area have flat screen televisions with cable. Wireless internet service is also provided. Please note: This community does not allow boats or trailers of any kind. A maximum of two standard size vehicles are allowed. Golf carts count as one of the two vehicles.

- This is a PET-FRIENDLY RENTAL. Pet fees are an additional $100+tax , per pet, per stay. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed. Additionally, a pet-cleaning fee is also charged, which is $25+tax per stay.
