Step into your own backyard oasis, where you'll find a sparkling private pool, a relaxing hot tub under a shaded pergola, a 5-hole mini-golf course, and a private basketball court. Inside, the spacious open-concept main floor features a fully equipped kitchen designed for large groups, a comfortable living area, and plenty of room for everyone to gather.
The fun continues downstairs in the game room, complete with a pool table and foosball table. With two full kitchens, nine Smart TVs, and a collection of board games, there's endless entertainment for all ages. We also provide family-friendly amenities like a pack 'n play and children's dinnerware to make your stay easier.

The park can also be reserved for private events with a city-issued permit.

* Events & Gatherings: Gatherings of over 30 guests must be pre-approved by the owner. Events with up to 50 guests are permitted for an additional event fee.
* Day-Use Visitors: Any visitors not staying overnight are subject to a fee of $50 per person, per day.
Important Information
* Booking Contract: Before your booking is confirmed, you will be required to agree to and sign the owner's contract, which will be sent via email.
* Pool Heating: The pool is open year-round and is heated to 75°F by default. You may request to have it heated to 80-85°F for an additional fee of $75 per day. This is recommended for the winter and spring seasons and requires 24-hour notice.
*Check-Out & Housekeeping: Standard check-out instructions must be followed. You may opt out of these tasks for a $100 fee, and our cleaners will handle them for you. For an additional $100 fee and 48-hour notice, we can make the top bunks for your arrival; otherwise, bedding is provided for you to use.
*Security: For your security, two cameras are located on the exterior of the property (above the garage and on the back porch). Please do not tamper with or disable them.
*Ice Maker: Due to previous damage, the ice maker in the refrigerator is unavailable for guest use.
*Community Park Access: A gate in the backyard provides direct access to the community park. You can call Hurricane City to reserve this space for a fee.

We had a great stay in this big house. The yard was so fun for all the kids, and the pool was great for the summer heat. It was amazing how many spaces there were for everyone to hang out. And for being nearly 110 degrees outside, the A/C kept the house very comfortable. It was also great to have a 3 car garage to use so you didn't burn up just trying to get in the car. The bunk room for the kids was a big plus, and being separated from the rest of the house allowed us to put the kids to bed so all the adults could spend time just hanging out. I may not have looked close enough at the description, but it had 2 kitchens which made all the meals so easy, and 3 washing machines and dryers in case you're weird like me and like to wash your clothes while on vacation. Such a fun place for a family reunion and so close to so much fun. It was so easy to go spend time at the lake and pop back in for lunch before heading out again. All the beds were really comfortable too. If I was forced to give some constuctive feedback on the property though, I'd say its a little outdated, but honestly its way better than most of the hotels out there and it was kept really clean.

The house is AMAZING. Lots of room for everyone and the pool was an added bonus. The boys enjoyed the basketball hoop and there was even enough room to park our tour bus. Would highly recommend. Host was very communicative and easily reached for every question we had.

Several comforters were stained. The pool cover had leaf debris on it that prevented us from using it until the manager gave us the green light. The dishes were still in the dishwasher, some did not get completely clean…
The manger 100% watches you on the camera.
The house itself is beautiful and was able to sleep my family comfortably. The outdoor space is well designed.
Communication from the manager prior to check in was not great. I had to reach out twice before she responded telling me that I needed to sign something prior to getting access information.
Overall we had a good time.
