Adagio is an exclusive community on the Gulf of Mexico in Blue Mountain Beach, off Scenic Highway 30A. Adagio enjoys 600’ of pristine beach frontage and is a private and gated complex providing a secure and comfortable environment.
This beautiful four bedroom and three bath unit has dazzling views of the Gulf of Mexico that can be enjoyed from the master suite as well as the open living, dining, and kitchen areas.
The gourmet kitchen has granite countertops with marble backsplashes, a gas stove, and Kitchen appliances. The dining room seats six with room for three more at the bar. The balcony has a great table and lounge chairs to enjoy the amazing view.
Adagio features two Spectacular Pools--The 1,700 square foot gulf side pool is heated and has an infinity edge overlooking the blue-green waters of the Emerald Coast. The main pool is an amazing 8,000 square feet that is cool even on the hottest days and includes three tiers with fountains and waterfalls. A large whirlpool spa overlooks the pool. The European cobblestone deck includes a variety of seating areas including lounge chairs and dining tables. The fitness center is centrally located near the pool. The gulf front lawn area makes for a fantastic spot to take in the gulf sunset or to enjoy a gathering with family and friends.
Adagio's convenient location allows for quick access to neighboring Grayton, Seaside, and WaterColor where you will find some of the finest shopping and dining venues around. The area also offers a spectacular 17-mile biking/hiking trail along historic beach Highway 30A. Destin is just 12 miles away. Bring your bikes or rent them while you’re here. The bike ride along 30A crosses some of the most spectacular inland lakes in the world. Kayak rentals are also available on the beach at Adagio.
Adagio is one of the best managed facilities on the entire gulf. This is a very family friendly place. Quiet hours are observed after 10:00 p.m. Gated access with security and maintenance staff on site seven days a week.
Parking is strictly limited to two vehicles per unit.

I’ll start with the positives- great location, love the bunk room- perfect for kiddos! Kitchen had all the amenities needed. What we didn’t love....the bedrooms need dressers- there’s no clothing storage other than closets. ALL of the upholstered furniture was stained and dirty- the sofa, rocking chairs, barstools and table chairs. Some of the table chairs have the seats busted out or the back broken.This unit has so much potential but needs updating and new furniture.If you’re undecided on renting beach chairs- do it!! We had some rain on and off and it was so nice to only worry with grabbing your beach bag and cooler to come back up.We will definitely stay at Adagio again but will look for another unit if this one isn’t given some love.

What a cozy,peaceful and exhilarating place to stay!The beachfront condo was exceptional and the area to explore never disappoints..very local and not touristy,which we love!It'll be hard not to go stay in exactly the same room as we had..just saying.

Been coming to the Adagio for over 20 years now. We always stay in the gulf front units as they offer more bedrooms and bathrooms and overall square footage. All I can say is I wish I would’ve read the reviews of this particular condo before we booked it. It needs a lot of love. Furniture is stained, carpet is stained, mold on the master bathroom shower. I could go on and on. It also needs to be repainted on the inside. It just looked old and dirty. Not what you’d expect for 9,000 for the week. Also, there weren’t hardly any pots and pans to cook with, and not one oven mitt in the entire kitchen. Sad to say but that will be the last time we stay at Adagio. The view was pretty, as usual, though.
