Set on nearly two private oceanfront acres in Bolinas, this distinctive mid-century modern home combines significant architecture, panoramic Pacific views, and exceptional indoor-outdoor living.
Designed in the early 1960s by Bay Area architect Edward B. Page, the home is believed to be the only Bolinas residence he designed.
Two dramatic 16-foot retractable glass walls open the primary living spaces directly to the deck and Pacific Ocean, allowing the house to function as a true indoor-outdoor coastal home.
The five-bedroom retreat accommodates up to 10 guests and includes an ocean-view spa, firepit, large fully fenced yard, game room, pool table, multiple dining areas, and easy access to Bolinas Beach and town.

The main level combines the family room, dining area, and kitchen into an open space facing the Pacific.
The retractable glass walls allow the great room to open directly to the deck and ocean.

All five bedrooms include flat-screen TVs.
Additional sleeping space is available in the downstairs office and bonus room, but those rooms are not included in the official five-bedroom count.

This is a great beach house, just north of the town of BOLINAS. The house is as described and has been updated throughout and very well maintained. It’s also very well amen and for us as a family that loves to cook while we’re together, the kitchen was very well equipped.The deck space overlooking the ocean and south with views of the city on a clear day is spectacular. Take advantage of every sunset.We would highly recommend this house and we rented a lot of houses on the northern coast this by far would be one of the nicest. It would be great if there were additional stemmed wine, glasses, and tumblers.

The smoke alarm in the upstairs hallway went off the first night - needs batteries!Loved the outdoor fire pit! Plenty of blankets and towels for everyone and the kitchen is well stocked!Needed more paper towels and trash bags. Great time! Loved the evening deer visitors.

The property and house were spectacular. The location was a bit difficult to get to and the food options were limited.

Worked well for our 60th wedding anniversary with our two sons and their families. How ever, we were in the master bedroom and twice my wife cut her leg on the end of the bed where something was sticking out. Too big a bed for such a small bedroom.
