The house is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, quiet guaranteed!
Once through the gate, you will discover an enclosed garden of 1000 m2 as well as a south-facing terrace which will offer you a beautiful sea view, particularly on the pier of the Ile de Sein and the beach of Sainte Evette.
The house is intended to be practical and family-friendly and we want you to feel at home!
You will find on the first floor a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, convection oven, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, Dolce Gusto, coffee maker, pancake makers, pancakes, raclette, monsieur Cuisine ... ) with a central island that allows you to eat for four people, a dining room (6 people) and a living room with TV, games console and fiber.
A bedroom (double bed of 140 cm) and the toilet are also on the first floor.
Upstairs you will find the bathroom (sink, shower and washing machine) as well as two bedrooms composed as follows:
- bedroom on the right: two 80 cm beds (which can be glued together to make a large bed) plus a 90cm bed and a trundle bed underneath
- Bedroom on the left: an 80cm bed with its trundle bed and an 80cm bed
On the terrace, you can enjoy deckchairs, garden furniture, a dining table with two benches and a charcoal barbecue.
You will also have many games for children (books, board games, dinette, cars, football goal, tricycles and bicycles...).
The house is bright due to its southern exposure, it is equipped with roller shutters, electric heaters and a pellet stove.
Shops are nearby as well as beaches.
Sheets are provided (not towels) and beds made on arrival.
