Great location! Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located space. Awesome space for a couples getaway or singles to experience Fort Collins. Close to all the action while located in a quiet neighborhood.

We only stayed one night, but everything was just as stated in the description. It was close to where we were going to CSU. I highly recommend it

The front / main entry door is not built to an acceptable level even to the point of concern regarding safety. This issue absolutely needs to be addressed for future renters. The door could easily be broken into, aside from the fact that renters might feel unsafe.Attention to detail also is lacking. There were 2 wall hanging clocks that did not work, one was hanging at a random angle… ?? If one is paying for a space, one would at minimum assume the main door is properly functioning — and (minor) that the wall hanging clocks function
