This lovely lower level of a home was just completely remodeled with tile through out. Only 200 yards to the beach, this lovely 2BR/2BA property has a massive flatscreen TV in the living room, flatscreens throughout and sleeps 6. Convenient to loads of shops and restaurants, it's also a great value and a short walk to the beach.

Grand Boulevard Town Center is a pedestrian-friendly, shopping and dining complex just off Emerald Coast Parkway, convenient to both Sandestin and Miramar Beach. For the high-end shopper, the center offers everything from Fusion Art Glass Gallery to Brooks Brothers Country Club. A number of boutiques, such as Hello, Sunshine and Magnolia House, carry fare you can't find anywhere else. Dining options include Mitchell's Fish Market, P. F. Chang's China Bistro, and Cantina Laredo Gourmet Mexican Food. In 2013, Walton County’s first movie theater opened at Grand Boulevard’s Town Center – the state-of-the-art Boulevard 10 Movie Theater.

We stayed here the first time in 2023 when I was pregnant with my now 18 month old. We were happy to see it was available again this summer. So close to the beach we could walk there in less than 5 min. Host was wonderful, as she was our first time there. Nice quiet little spot. We were already talking about going back next year. Only cons were the water pressure in the master bath could be a little better and the washer and dryer are pretty loud (but I’m sure they’ve had their share of use as we used them a lot.)Pro: loved the additional ice machine since our last visit. Used the fridge machine for drinks and stand alone ice machine for our coolers. Thanks Tiffany!

Had a great vacation. Property was exactly as described, walking distance to the beach. Host was in communication throughout, even provided some local recommendations for us. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great place to stay.

I will start with the positive. The rental location was perfect. Only a few minutes walk to the beach. Tiffany communicated promptly with you when you contacted her.Now for the negative, the moment we opened the door to the rental the smell of Raid or some bug spray was so strong you could barely breathe. We had to leave the door open. I asked my husband to see if he could open the windows in the bedroom. That is when we noticed the filth. The blinds were caked with layers of dust. The side tables had not been dusted along with the headboard and sides of the beds. The floors were also dirty. I sent my husband to the store to buy Lysol and we already had spray to do the beds for bed bugs. I contacted Tiffany to let her know. She said the blinds were part of deep clean that happens periodically. I don’t think her people clean at all. I asked for them to come back out and redo the floors that still had sand from the last renters. We had to cover the sofa we blankets to sit on it because it did not look clean. I just expected better.
