The location of this property is amazing. House is right between the bay and ocean, with short walk to both. Very clean inside, however we did need to deal with an ant issue. The lower bath is directly in the kitchen, which was a little inconvenient at times. The upstairs bath is much larger The outside deck is very nice, however, is shared with the house directly in front of the property. Not all tenants follow the dog on leash rule, in the enclosed area. Beautiful clean beach. Nice that tags are included as well. Lots of amenities in the home, which were appreciated.

For the price, being told to take my own trash and recycling to the dump at the conclusion of my stay, with the threat of a fine, is unprofessional hospitality. Washing linens and dishes is one thing. I’m not paid to be the housekeeper- garbage was taken to the curb during our week stay. Whatever trash is leftover is the responsibility of the homeowner when preparing the property for the next guest. There also were no tags left for said trash and recycling to take them to the dump, and the guests in the front unit left their trash for us to take care of. Overall, the stay was fine. The property is further away from the boardwalk, and 1/3 more expensive than others we have stayed at. I was willing to compromise, but something as silly as trash was the tipping point. We won’t be back to this property next year.
