UNWIND IN OUR LUXURY HOT TUB! Spacious 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath family home on 2 acres with stunning views. North side location allows easy access to the gondola while avoiding the downtown traffic. Free skier parking lot is also nearby. Minutes from Breckenridge Golf Course and Gold Run Nordic Ski Center. Beautiful master bedroom. Great room with wood burning stove. Separate den with TV. We are between Breckenridge and Frisco allowing easy access to both small, quaint towns where you can enjoy excellent restaurants, shops, and entertainment. Not far up the road you have access to dog-sled tours and snowmobiling. Our home has a long history of happy guests through VRBO/Home Away and other popular rental companies. The well-equipped open concept kitchen and living space provides grand views of the Continental Divide. Nearby are snow shoeing, hiking and cross country skiing. Guests can enjoy sledding down our property or building snowmen.
There are two master bedroom suites and two other bedrooms. Separated layout provides increased privacy.

The house was perfect. Plenty of room and bedrooms for our group. Husband and I took two of our sons and their girlfriends. Loved the sofa in the living room. Nothing worse than renting a place for a large group and the gathering area has a seating for four. Not this place though, plenty of room to relax and enjoy the view. I have a very tall family (6’ to 6’10”) and the house was very comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked. I mean any appliance you could think of, they had! The master bed was super comfortable!!
The only problem we had was not enough time for our vacation!
