The “Seute Deern” vacation rental is your cozy vacation home on the North Sea and the perfect place to escape the daily grind. Completed in spring 2022, the apartment is located in the beautiful NordseeResort and offers everything you need for a relaxing vacation with up to 4 people. Here you’ll find modern living, plenty of comfort, and an atmosphere that makes you feel welcome from the very first moment.

As soon as you walk in, you’ll feel the apartment’s friendly and inviting atmosphere. The spacious living area is furnished in a style that’s both modern and cozy, inviting you to spend quality time with family or friends. A comfortable sofa, a flat-screen TV, and even a Nintendo Switch provide entertainment and help you relax during your vacation. The apartment really comes into its own during the colder months: a crackling fire in the fireplace provides cozy warmth and a comfortable atmosphere where you can really settle in after a walk in the fresh North Sea air.

From the dining area, you have a direct view into the modern, open, and fully equipped kitchen. It has everything you could possibly need, allowing you to enjoy your vacation in complete relaxation—whether it’s a leisurely breakfast, cooking with the family, or cozy evenings sharing delicious meals together.

The two bedrooms offer you pleasant retreats for restful nights. One bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed (180 x 200 cm), and the second with two single beds (90 x 200 cm each). Both bedrooms feature a flat-screen TV, insect screens, and blackout curtains so you can retreat at any time and sleep peacefully.

The spacious bathroom with a bathtub and walk-in shower offers plenty of room to relax. Here you can unwind wonderfully after a long day at the beach or an active day on vacation and treat yourself to a little time to yourself.

From the dining area, you have direct access to the beautiful terrace with an adjoining lawn. Here, you can enjoy the fresh North Sea air, start your day in a relaxed way, or wind it down with a cozy barbecue in the evening. A large garden table that seats four offers plenty of space for spending time together outdoors.

The apartment’s location is also a major plus: Perlebucht is just a few minutes’ walk away and is perfect for relaxing days at the beach, walks, and pleasant times by the water. Families will especially love the new, modern playground in the heart of the resort, where young guests can play to their heart’s content.

Another practical perk is the private shed, where you can safely and conveniently store bicycles or water sports equipment. This ensures everything is perfectly arranged for active vacation days.

If you’d like to spend your North Sea vacation with the whole family or with friends, the management can, upon request, arrange a combination of two adjacent vacation apartments.

The “Seute Deern” vacation rental is thus the ideal place for a relaxing vacation by the North Sea—in the summer with a terrace, lawn, and proximity to Perlebucht, and in the colder months with a fireplace as a cozy retreat.
