This modern Strandglück House A residential complex was completed in December 2012. The elevator provides convenient access to the modern two- and three-room apartments with views of the spa park or the Baltic Sea. The apartments are located directly across from the spa park, just a few steps from the pedestrian zone. Cozy cafes, restaurants, charming boutiques, the beautiful pier, and—last but not least—the beautifully landscaped Dünenmeile invite you to stroll and linger. Unfortunately, the building does not have a bike storage room! Outdoor parking spaces or underground parking spaces are available. The clearance height of the underground garage is 1.90 m!!!
