Wonderful place to stay. We only had problems communicating with the resort…their English was very limited and several times they just agreed and said ok and or couldn’t answer our questions with an accurate answer. This was mostly with directions and or simple requests. Mostly just nodded and smiled or said yes or ok.

We came back to The Charter after being here last year. The shuttle service is a big plus. Did miss the spa that was in the building. Overall, nice stay and we will return.

We had a very nice time. The rooms were clean and the resort was in a nice location. The pool and spa amenities were great.
