816 square foot 2 bedroom 1.5 bath cozy cottage that is great for a family get-a-way. It is within a 220 feet walk to the beach access, has a private outdoor 266-sf 6-ft deep pool and a nice porch where you can people watch while enjoying the ocean breeze. The house is 1-mile from the Carolina Beach Boardwalk where the famous Britts Donut Shop is located. The kitchen is outfitted with a Kinetico Water System to provide clean drinking water.
If you are interested in bringing your dog, there is a non-refundable $150 pet fee per dog & please keep in mind the following per Carolina Beach, NC regulations:
Beach: - Dogs must be on a leash at all times.
- October 1 through March 31, Dogs are allowed on the beach during all
hours
- April 1 through September 30, Dogs are only allowed on the beach before
9am & after 5pm. Dogs are not allowed on the beach between 9am – 5pm.
Boardwalk: - Dogs are not allowed on the historical wooden parts of the
boardwalk at any time & not allowed in the Boardwalk Business District

This little gem of a beach house is wonderful to stay at with small family or friends. Close to everything. You can see the ocean from deck. The pool is great to cool off in after a hot day on the beach. The pool was pretty sandy and the pool cleaner only came one time and only tested the water. Didn’t bother to clean or vacuum the pool out any. We had to clean the stuff off the top on our own. Other than that great stay!!! Will stay again and again.

This was a sister trip and the accommodations were perfect for the three of us. We had plenty of room and the beach was in close proximity. We also loved the pool which we utilized most days as it was super HOT while we were there. We grilled out a couple nights and the kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. We also loved the porch and had morning coffee out there every morning. The beach house was close to restaurants, boardwalk and the lake. We look forward to booking this home again next time are on vacation. Thank you so much for a wonderful trip!!!!
