The living room offers beautiful furnishings, including a queen sleeper sofa, flat screen 75" Smart TV. The master bedroom is peaceful and comfortable, with a King bed and brand new mattress as of March 2024, a flat screen Smart TV, and direct access to the screened porch. After a long day on the beach, come back and take a long hot shower in the beautiful walk-in shower. **ATTENTION GUESTS: During high tide there is minimal beach available for beach walking or lounging. Some neighboring complexes may have sand bags out to protect their dunes from erosion. Please do not attempt to walk on the dunes or sand bags.**

Beach Renourishment Notice: The island will be undergoing a beach renourishment project between July and September 2026. This important restoration effort helps preserve and protect our beaches for years to come. During your stay, you may notice construction equipment and occasional temporary adjustments to beach access in certain areas.
