Cozy, refined and elegant apartment ideal for a family or 2 couples.
Located in a quiet street in the elegant Pinciano district of Rome, close to the beautiful public parks Villa Borghese (5 mins walk) and Villa Ada (15 mins walk).
Well connected with Rome center by public transport: 15 mins to Piazza Barberini, 20 mins to Spanish Steps and the Trevi Fountain.
“Coppedè” district (a mix of Liberty, Art Decò and Baroque style buildings), is just 6 mins walk away.
The apartment is ideal for those who are looking for a comfortable, relaxing and elegant location to visit Rome.
The master double bedroom has its own private ensuite bathroom (sink, toilet, bidet, shower and big angular bathtub for two and a walk-in dressing room. The other double bedroom has a work desk. The second bathroom has the sink, the toilet and the shower.
The ample living room is split in two areas: the actual living room with a huge sofa and the smart TV and the dining zone with a dining table for six.
Finally there is the large kitchen and the laundry room.
The apartment is equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay: free wi-fi, smart TV, autonomous air conditioning, autonomous heating, kettle, oven, microwave oven, nespresso machine, wash&dry machine and dishwashing machine.
Guests will have access to the entire apartment.

- Private guided tours to archeology sites or museums.
- Rome private custom sightseeing tour in a golf cart.

As requested by Italian law, upon check-in the guest will be requested to provide id document for any person hosted and will have to sign a rental agreement in Italian.
For stays equal to or greater than 14 days, a payment of € 150 in cash is required upon check-in as an addition to the cleaning fee for housekeeping and the change of all linens on the day in the middle of the stay between 10:00AM and 04:00PM.
Late check-in from 09:00PM to midnight costs 30€ to be paid cash upon check-in. It's not possible to check-in after midnight.
Never leave the keys inserted in the inside keyhole of the apartment door.
If during the stay we have to come and open the apartment door because the keys have been forgotten inside, this has a cost of €25 till 7pm and 50€ after 7pm to be paid in cash to the staff member who will come to open the apartment.
Host is not responsible for any guest belongings left or forgotten in the house after checkout time.

Apartment was as shown on photos with a few short steps up to the apartment which was clean and well stocked. The area is quiet and residential outside the main tourist areas of Rome near Galleria Borghese and close to Quartiere Coppede and Mussolini's former residence Villa Torlonia. There's a Tigre grocery store around the corner as well as a Conad a few blocks away. There are many bus stops nearby for easy travel to all tourist sites. We were met by Sylvia for a friendly check in for 6 nights in May. Great stay!
