The 40-square-meter apartment is located on the first floor of a building without an elevator and is laid out as follows:
- KITCHENETTE equipped with an induction cooktop, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, electric kettle, conventional oven and microwave, moka pot, toaster, manual juicer, and kitchen utensils.
- LIVING AREA with a French-style sofa bed and a TV
- SLEEPING AREA with a French-style double bed
- BATHROOM with toilet, sink, and shower
- BALCONY
Additional amenities available to guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, independent heating with a boiler, washing machine, drying rack, iron, and ironing board.

Esummer: the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.
In winter: the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The heating season and the daily operating hours depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.
