We were a family of 10. It accommodated us very well. Ages ranged from 6 - 60s. There was enough space and everyone found something to entertain themselves. The kitchen was well equipped with basic needs to provide meals and snacks throughout our stay. We had visitors on our first day there! A momma bear and her 3 cubs. were at the top of the drive away and then again visited by the picnic table. The hot tub was nice as well as the game table. Would recommend booking to anyone looking for a nice affordable cabin in Gatlinburg.

It was a beautiful cabin in a quiet location. We enjoyed sitting on the porch and sitting in the hot tub. One of the greatest stays we have ever had.

We arrived late in the day and opened the door to a terrible smell. Older home so we assumed it was just musty. The next day we realized the unit was filthy with grease and food all over the dishes/cabinets. The floors were not cleaned evident by black spots w/foot traffic showing. The carpeting has huge stains. The beds were clean and somewhat comfortable although they supplied disposable pillows. I would imagine that may be common. Bring your own if you can.
I did not read the contract as we had a hectic schedule until I arrived home. I contacted Diamond Mountain Rentals and asked for a refund for the cleaning fee and was denied due to the 24 hour clause. That's my fault. I hope they clean this unit before they rent it again. I won't be using this company in the future.
