Easy check in and out process. Would have liked to have more towels. There were no washcloths and it seems like there should have been. Overall pleased with the property and stay.

Stayed here 2 years running now and have no complaints at all. Apartment is modern, has everything you possibly need, and even has had some upgrades inside with a new TV and fridge. Plenty of room inside for families with kids or a larger group. View out of the back is nice overlooking the small lake. Certainly better than looking out at a road.Everything was spotlessly clean, they have all the kitchen appliances and laundry facilities you need. Super easy from check in to check out.Price is great and perfect value for money. Location of the flat is perfect. Pretty much bang next to the pool area and Windsor hills is perfectly position everything around Orlando.

The property was a reasonable deal for the price. Location of the property was great and served our needs for a Disney vacation very well. One point of frustration was that they didn’t supply some items that I would consider necessary like wash cloths, toilet paper, trash bags or starter pack for laundry detergent.
