This property was perfect for us! Our family of 5 (3 sons 22, 20, and 16) spent July 4th weekend visiting Chicago for the first time. Ola was a fantastic host that was very responsive and thorough. Our place was very clean when we arrived and easily accommodated us. Everything is updated (kitchen/bathroom) and included a washer/dryer. There is a large supermarket 1/2 block north (Jewel-Osco) that we picked up any groceries we would need. We went to Wrigley field for a Cubs game (30 minute walk through the charming neighborhoods of Lakeview and Wrigleyville), the Lincoln Park Zoo/Conservatory (free), Millenium Park, Navy Pier, and an Architecture River Cruise (highly recommend). We had a car so the parking spot on the property was key for us and parking in the downtown Chicago was easy (we used ParkWhiz to reserve spots). While the place is on a busy street, just one block east has quiet tree-lined streets that were great for morning walks. We stopped for coffee at Vigo on W. Diversey and walked to dinner at Avli Taverna on W. Wrightwood one night for Greek food. Overall, it was a great trip and introduction to Chicago. We will definitely be back because there is so much more to see!

We had a wonderful stay here. The communication from the host was excellent! We had a small issue with the nest thermostat, and they addressed it immediately! The parking space in back was very helpful and the directions for check in and out were easy to follow. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. There is not a lot of extra room in the bedrooms, but there is an extra room near the front of the house with plenty of extra space for hanging clothes, suitcases, etc. We called it our "staging area" and really appreciated having the extra space there. The location was as described and convenient to everything we wanted to do. We would definitely stay here again.
