Enjoy a BRAND NEW perfectly located 2 bedroom rooftop condo in downtown Traverse City with waterviews. Located just a short walk from tons of restaurants, shopping, 200 yards to the beach, theaters, breweries and short drive to wineries on Leelanau and Old Mission peninsulas. Includes 3 stories with a private rooftop deck overlooking West Grand Traverse Bay and your own parking garage. This is a perfect location for exploring everything Traverse City and surrounding areas has to offer!

Good area with 2 parking spots. Close enough to walk to lots of places and there was a nice park nearby. Just a word of caution about the apartment - the garage spot is TIGHT if you have anything larger than a small SUV- I don't think a truck would fit. It also has a big set of stairs from the garage into the apartment, then another set from the main living space/kitchen up to the bedrooms, then a spiral staircase up to the roof- so if you have small children or elderly people, just keep that in mind. We had a great time staying in the property and would absolutely stay there again.
