Housed on the back deck is a table with chairs, perfect for dining, having a poker night, or star gazing into the galaxy.

The first floor also houses one of the three bedrooms in the unit. This bedroom has a king bed with a mounted flat screen television, and its own private bathroom with a walk in shower. Climb the top of the stairs and the other two bedrooms await.
Finished with earthy tones, is the second bedroom, with its king bed, plush carpeting, mounted flat screen TV, and private bathroom. The final bedroom is a shipwrecked paradise. Nautically decorated, it is home to a queen bed and two twins; the pirates onboard will have lots of room to play around and a mounted flat screen for entertainment. This bedroom also has its own bathroom, complete with a shower/tub combination.

This unit also comes fully stocked with a washer and dryer for all your laundry needs.

Evian, a popular vacation destination within Shipyard, is an oasis of serenity in itself.
