This studio is on the right bank, in the 11th arrondissement, a few minutes walk from the 4th arrondissement of Paris, in the historic Marais district, a few meters from Place des Vosges, in a lively area, close to shops. The apartment is less than 250 meters (+/- 3 minutes) from the Bréguet-Sabin and Bastille metro station. You can walk to Place des Vosges, Île-Saint-Louis, Notre Dame Cathedral and the Bastille in less than 10 minutes.
The Marais district is lively with shops and restaurants.
This studio will be your starting point to visit the city with ease. Located in a quiet little street, at the end of an interior courtyard, with a terrace, it is a modern studio with all amenities. It is composed as follows:

This apartment was beautiful and in a great location. Had everything we needed, and it even stayed very cool during a major heat wave! Quiet and check and communication was easy and smooth. We would stay here again.

This is a clean, cozy, well-located Studio, just a quick few minutes walk to the Place de la Bastille, Marais, Place de la Vosges neighborhoods. There is easy access to Metro @ Place de la Bastille. Fabrice met us at the property to familiarize and gave great recommendations. It is worth noting that this is a working neighborhood, a plus for us, but might not suit everyone. Also, there is currently a large renovation project underway on the building's facade, which significantly reduces the enjoyment of the outdoor space, so recommend you check with Fabrice before booking. Fabrice did alert us to this undertaking a few weeks in advance of our stay, but with not many options for other accommodations at that point, we stuck with it--I'd love going back when the work is completed, to more fully enjoy the patio garden!
