"Elation Homes Oettingen" presents the first of two high-end apartments in the heart of Oettingen’s romantic old town. The apartment is located right in the center, so you can walk to the market square in just 50 meters. At the market square, you’ll find lovely cafes, bakeries, and restaurants. Adjacent to the market square is a beautiful park with plenty of places to sit and relax. A supermarket is also just 600 meters away.
The apartment has been completely gutted, renovated to the highest modern standards, and furnished. Upon entering the apartment, you’ll first step into the spacious entryway. From there, you can walk directly into the bedroom. In the bedroom, you’ll find a comfortable king-size double bed, a wardrobe, and many small details that create a warm and inviting atmosphere. The bathroom is also accessible from the entryway. In this completely renovated bathroom, you’ll find a shower, toilet, sink, and a beautiful mirrored cabinet. Furthermore, the apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, stove, sink, and everything you need for cooking. A coffee maker and a kettle round out the kitchen’s amenities. The open-concept kitchen and living area, with its integrated kitchenette, invites guests to spend time together even while cooking. In the living area, guests will find a stylish dining table for 4 people, a sleeper sofa for 2 additional guests, and a large smart TV that can be swiveled toward either the dining table or the sofa thanks to its wall mount. Of course, the TV includes Netflix access. Those looking for a brief break from the digital world can pass the time with a mini foosball table or other card games. The apartment measures 60 square meters.
Please note that some minor renovation work is currently still being carried out in the stairwell.
