The cozy "Klönstuv" section of the house spans three levels and 95 square meters. A sauna, modern amenities, and two bedrooms—each with its own bathroom—make this beautifully furnished, luxurious vacation home the perfect destination for up to four guests.

Light colors, plenty of natural light, and high-quality custom woodwork create a cozy atmosphere in the living room. A fireplace and underfloor heating further enhance this coziness. In addition to the comfortable seating area, the living space is furnished with a dining nook. There is a Smart TV with a Blu-ray player and a docking station for iPhone, iPad, and iPod, ensuring that even modern entertainment needs are met.

The bedrooms are located on the lower and upper floors and each has its own bathroom. Both rooms are furnished with large double beds (200x200 cm), televisions, and wardrobes. Additional seating is also available. In the upstairs bedroom, valuables can also be safely stored in the safe.

Both bathrooms feature light-colored tile and modern fixtures. The upstairs bathroom features a walk-in shower and a spacious vanity with a mirror. Towels, bath towels, and a bathrobe are provided, as well as a hair dryer and a makeup mirror. The underfloor heating ensures a pleasant warmth. The downstairs bathroom is similarly equipped, and a double sink provides additional space.

In addition to its extensive amenities, the kitchen features a special, lovingly preserved
detail of the accommodation: the split “Klönschnack” door leading outside. Despite this historic detail, the kitchen is equipped to the highest modern standards. An oven, a glass-ceramic cooktop, a large refrigerator, and a dishwasher provide all the conveniences for cooking. The kitchen is rounded out with two coffee makers (a Nespresso machine and a drip coffee maker), a microwave, a toaster, an egg cooker, and other kitchen appliances.

There is also a laundry room that houses a washer-dryer and other useful household appliances.

The entire living unit has Wi-Fi and is equipped with insect-screen roller blinds on the windows.


The vacation home has its own parking spaces on the property. A total of three vacation units are grouped together here under thatched roofs. The private garden is sunny and sheltered. In addition to a beach chair and a seating area, there is also a sun lounger for relaxing in the garden.
The sauna on the property, which can be used by all three houses on the grounds, provides additional opportunities for relaxation. It also features a relaxation room and its own shower.

Located in a prime spot in the heart of Keitum, the property is right next to both shops and recreational activities such as a riding stable and a bike rental shop. Of course, the most beautiful village on Sylt also boasts plenty of restaurants. The beach is just three kilometers away, but the nearest body of water is only 500 meters from the vacation home. A shopping area is also located at the same distance.
