THREE BEDROOM RENTALS
In the heart of the Blayais, between vineyards, marshes and estuary, the Padura cottage, just renovated, welcomes you to stay with family or friends. Its enclosed and quiet garden has a garden table and a barbecue. The parking is private and can accommodate several cars. The house has an entrance on the first floor and upstairs, 4 bedrooms (each with 1 bed of 140, a wardrobe, a desk and a chair), the fully equipped kitchen (an induction hob, a convection oven, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with freezer with drawers, a kettle, a Nespresso coffee machine and crockery for double the capacity) with a dining area and a lounge area, a bathroom with washing machine and dryer and a separate toilet. An indoor drying rack and an outdoor drying rack are available. Sheets are provided as well as kitchen linen. Towels are available for rent. Possibility of a cleaning package in addition. The tourist tax is also extra (0.92€ per day per adult). Pets are allowed but a deposit of 50€ per animal in addition will be required. The cottage is suitable for teleworking (office + wifi). Local shops are about 1km away as well as a medical center and a pharmacy.
