You are only 1 block from beautiful South Forest Beach when you stay in this 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom bright Hilton Head vacation condo in Forest Beach. This popular, pet-friendly Ocean Breeze condo offers comfort and convenience in a great location to explore Hilton Head Islands' top attractions and beaches.
On entry, the foyer leads into a bright dining area, a table for four, with abundant light from the large double windows. The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped and features an open circular breakfast bar, that overlooks the family room.
The family room is comfortably furnished, with TV/VCR/DVD, AM/FM Stereo, and a wall of windows with a slider door to the deck. The deck, which has an outdoor dining table for two, is just steps from the complex pool. A convenient powder room is located on the first floor, as well.
On the second floor are the two bedrooms and a closet with a stack washer/dryer. The primary bedroom has a King-size bed, a TV, three sunny windows, and a private bath. The second bedroom has two twin beds, a private bath, and triple windows that offer a landscape and pool view.
Vehicle Policy: Ocean Breeze allows TWO vehicles.
Occupancy Policy: Per the Ocean Breeze/Treetops HOA, there can be a max of 2 adults per bedroom for a total of 4 adults.
Pet Policy: This property allows up to TWO (2) dogs, with a max weight of 75 lbs. per dog. An additional non-refundable fee of $225.00 per pet is required if you are bringing a dog.

The Ocean Breeze complex is pet friendly, has a swimming pool that is open from April through October, free on-site tennis, and is only a short walk to the beach. All beach distances are measured from the center of the complex.

Bike paths and neighborhood lanes on North and South Forest Beach eventually draw one to Coligny Plaza, the hub of the Forest Beach area. Cons...while bathrooms were clean and bedrooms were comfortable for a few nights sleep the overall vibe was dingy, and the throw rugs were downright filthy.
The property was very confusing configuration. It would have been very helpful for local maps, where easy access to beaches etc. we had to google all Our info!

Place was dirty. Water didn’t drain in tub. Kitchen ware decades old, could not prepare any meals there. Towels like sandpaper. Furniture also worn and tired. Dingy rental. Great location. Spacious. Someone needs to do some work in this place to attract rebooking.
