This Singleton Beach home on Hilton Head Island allows you to easily enjoy the great outdoors in the fenced rear yard with a private pool, wet bar and charcoal grill, lounging on one of the three porches, or during a short 10-minute walk that will lead you to the beaches of Hilton Head.
Your indoor time will be just as enjoyable when you indulge in the available amenities. The gourmet kitchen has barstool seating for 4, in addition to a separate breakfast area. The dining room is spacious and well suited for the formal evening meal. The large sunny living room will provide just the right ambiance for evening gatherings. **Fireplace is not for guest use.**
The primary suite, located on the 2nd floor, has a king-size bed and private bath with a Jacuzzi tub. Bedrooms 2,3,& 4 all have queen beds and the 5th bedroom has 2 double beds.
In addition, the home has 7 TVs, 2 of which have 32" flat screens, and wireless internet access. There are 6 DVD's and 2 VCR's. The Crabline beach shuttle is available Memorial Day-Labor Day.
Crabline Court is conveniently located in Singleton Beach, Hilton Head Island and is the perfect base to enjoy all this top vacation destination has to offer.
Pet Policy: This property is dog-friendly and allows up to TWO (2) dogs MAX; 75 lbs. per dog. If you are planning to bring your canine companion, there is an additional non-refundable fee of 225.00 per dog to be paid directly to Sunset Rentals.

Really happy with this house and our stay! The house was clean, lots of space, lots of bed rooms and beds, generally updated bathrooms, walk to beach or ride the golf cart shuttle, beach was absolutely beautiful. Close to restaurants and coffee, good amount of parking/garage. Easy check in and garage access. The one thing I wish they would pay attention to was the pool and yard area. The pool was fine but didn’t seem to be “on” so the pool was a little dirty just needed the filter on and maybe bottom swept but we still used it. The yard just needs a little TLC so people would want to spend more time down there. Overall was really happy and had a great stay! Would stay again!

We’ve stayed in houses on this street before and loved it. This time was overall no different, with the exception that we expected to have a pool and were never able to get in it because it was so dirty. We contacted the manager to notify them that the pump wasn’t working, which they quickly fixed, but the pool wasn’t cleaned and the filtering didn’t do the job. Property management company is super quick and responsive, so we’re pleased with them, but I would definitely pick a different house in the future.

There was no Keurig which was incredibly disappointing. We had to go buy coffee. This is the 21st century, right? There were other minor issues. Probably would never stay again.
